These terms explain the basis on which Achieve Happily provides coaching, workshops, courses, books and related website services.

Services
Achieve Happily provides personal-development coaching, educational workshops, courses, books and related resources. Service descriptions, prices and availability are shown on the relevant page or at checkout and may be updated from time to time.
Coaching scope
Coaching focuses on reflection, personal development, goal-setting, behaviour change and practical next steps. It is not therapy, counselling, crisis support, medical care, diagnosis or treatment. If your needs fall outside the scope of coaching, you may be encouraged to seek support from an appropriately qualified professional.
Bookings and payment
A booking or order is confirmed when the applicable checkout or booking process is completed and confirmation is issued. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information.
Coaching programmes
The First Session Promise applies to eligible multi-session coaching programmes: after completing the first programme session, if you decide the programme is not right for you, contact us within 24 hours and the value of all remaining unused programme sessions will be refunded. The completed first session is not part of that unused-session refund.
One Conversation
If you purchase the CAD $149 One Conversation and upgrade to an eligible Reset or Transformation programme within 7 days, the CAD $149 may be credited toward the selected programme as stated on the coaching page.
Workshops and digital content
Workshop, course and digital-content access is for the purchaser unless the offer states otherwise. Recording, copying, redistributing or reselling paid materials without permission is not allowed.
Books and physical goods
Physical books are available for worldwide shipping. Orders are normally dispatched within 5 business days. Delivery time after dispatch varies by destination and carrier.
Availability and changes
We may make reasonable changes to schedules, facilitators, content, delivery format or availability where necessary. Where a material change affects a paid booking, we will provide the options reasonably available for that booking.
Liability and safety
Nothing on this website is emergency or medical advice. In an emergency or immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
Other policies
Our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy and Disclaimer form part of these terms where relevant.
