Dispatch

Physical book orders are normally dispatched within 5 business days after the order is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

Worldwide shipping

We ship to supported destinations worldwide. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination, carrier and local delivery conditions. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date unless expressly stated otherwise.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after dispatch.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs, duties, taxes or handling charges imposed by the destination country or carrier. Where applicable, these are the recipient's responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Returns and order problems
